Tara has been part of the dental field for 20 years and loves helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. Originally from Los Angeles, she and her husband now enjoy life in the Pacific Northwest with their cat and dog.

Outside the office, Tara can often be found at concerts, traveling to new places, trying different foods, or spending time outdoors. She enjoys connecting with patients on a personal level and creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels at ease.

Dental Assistant

Ben is an experienced and dedicated dental assistant with over a decade of hands-on experience in the field. Since graduating from Concorde Career College in 2015, he has built a strong reputation for his clinical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to support both patients and dental teams with professionalism and care.

Currently serving as the Lead Assistant, Ben plays a key role in maintaining efficient workflows, mentoring new staff, and ensuring top-quality patient experiences. Known for his teamwork and reliability, he brings a positive, solutions-focused mindset to every procedure.

Outside the office, Ben enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active through team sports, which reflect his collaborative nature and energy.

Elena Androsov

Dental Hygienist

Elena is a registered dental hygienist who’s passionate about helping patients take care of their smiles. Outside of the office, Elena enjoys road trips to the coast, trying new food, and taking nature walks.

Maggie Cockrum

Dental Hygienist

Maggie is a licensed dental hygienist with a passion for helping people love their smiles. With a gentle approach and focus on patient comfort, she provides thorough cleanings and personalized oral care advice. Outside of work, Maggie enjoys spending time with her husband, family and frenchies. She likes bow hunting, fishing and watching the KC Chiefs play football.

Luz Pena

Front Desk

Luz grew up in Tijuana in Mexico. She started out as a dental assistant and then gained interest in insurance and coordinating treatment. Luz chose the dental field because when she was younger, she was very afraid of the dentist and thought she could relate to patients that feel the same. She spends her free time with her 2 cats, little sister and loves to cook and watch tv.
