We are also in network (Preferred Provider) for the following: Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, Regence, Blue Cross of OR., Connection Dental, Dentemax, Guardian, Humana, Met Life, Principal & The Standard, United Concordia and Delta Dental, which includes WDS and ODS.
